w.i.p. wednesday.

I pulled my suburbs blocks back out and am finishing sewing them into rows, then the rows into a quilt.  These little houses make me smile.  I am calling this quilt my Happy Go Lucky neighborhood.  wink.  The pattern can be found here and the fabric used is Happy Go Lucky by Bonnie and Camille for Moda.
In the evenings, I have been working on rows for a larger scrappy trip around the world while I am with my family.  The quilt is going to be a more controlled scrappy, with all the centers white.  I saw the idea here and knew that was the answer for me!  wink.
I hope you are having a nice week.
Thanks for dropping by.  xo

  4. Just love the look of both of those quilts - especially the Scrappy Trip one, that's a great idea to use the white too. I'm lining up my next one and can't wait to start ...but really need to finish the current projects first!
    Have a happy day,
    xx
