Remember the Swoon Along we were all doing? Ya.
I only managed two blocks. A long time back actually.
But yesterday I decided to pull this block (back) out of my closet to add a sweet mini gingham border.
Yay! I am that much closer to one more total finish! The backing is the same mini gingham and I am pretty sure the binding will be white. I haven't decided yet.
Thank you for dropping by.

You did a great job, it's really pretty!!!

That looks like a hard block to piece, but it's soooo pretty!
ReplyDeletePerfectly pretty!!!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! It always feels good to finish something doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteI made 1/2 a swoon block. You win : )
I want to make a Swoon quilt for me. The one I made I have away. Yours is very pretty!
ReplyDeleteIs there any pattern quite as cheerful and happy as the Swoon? Sigh. Every time I see one I feel like I've just had a breath of fresh air on a cool spring day. They are such a PAIN to put together (for me at least), but goodness are they worth it!
ReplyDeleteThe gingham border is absolutely perfect.
